Device Repairs
Project Showcase
Motivation
These repairs that I have done pertain to my interest in understanding how electronic components work in various devices. I had previously done volunteering and intern work at an organization called EqOpTech where I would refurbish old laptops in order to donate them to those who needed them in my community. During my time at this internship, I really enjoyed the process of diagnosing a problem with a given broken laptop and using my repair skills to fix it, learning a lot about how the device itself works along the way. I wanted to learn more about different devices, so I chose to repair and modify other broken devices since there is a large availability of replacement parts to buy online and certain devices aren't too expensive.
